We’re not sure how to describe it, but this Hellraiser cosplayer is a little… seductive. Yes, it’s horrifying and creepy, and it conjures all of the frightening sentiments associated with the original figure, but it’s also done with such elegance and panache. Horror cosplay with an unexplainable splash of sophistication? That is a form of magic unlike any other.
Chewie’s Angel
Who doesn’t enjoy a good mashup? We certainly do, as do Comic-Con cosplayers. The more esoteric, conflicting, and strange, the better. While some people may not grasp it straight first, we think this Chewbacca-Angels Charlie’s mashup is brilliant. We’re pretty sure this is what Chewie would look like if he shaved his legs and had his coat dyed in some bright hipster hue. However, finding Go-Go boots in his size may be difficult.
