According to Guinness World Records, Francisco Domingo Joaquim has the world’s biggest mouth. Joaquim’s mouth measures 6.7 inches across. This means Joaquim can simply and comfortably swallow a can of Pepsi sideways. Joaquim can also eat faster than others since he can fit more food into his mouth than the entire group. He’s given a whole new meaning to the phrase “big mouth.”

Tom Staniford was born with MDP syndrome, commonly known as Myelodysplastic Preleukemic Syndrome, a rare genetic disorder that impairs metabolism. Patients with MDP syndrome are unable to accumulate fat in their bodies. This illness is so rare that only eight persons worldwide are affected by it. Fortunately, Tom’s illness has not prevented him from leading a normal life. He is now a cyclist and has participated in a number of races.
