As another sibling
Johnathan’s older brother, JD, also received a brand new bedroom that he is free to use whenever he wants, 365 days a year. Drew and Jonathan toiled away to rip out the dated green carpet and install modern timber flooring in its place. Decorative brass hardware was used throughout the entire bedroom.
At stake
This space was not here when Drew and Linda first purchased the house. However, the couple ultimately settled on an unconventionally formed exterior extension as the site of their main bedroom. Jonathan was thrilled to have a hand in constructing their new home, and Linda relished the opportunity to select the inside paint colours. Once the light was turned on, it was clear that Linda had gone with black walls and wooden accents with a subtle blue hue. They did their best to counteract the room’s overall dimness, though, by using bright bedsheets and other accent pieces.
