Renovating the Backyard
Amazingly, this property was initially bordered by overgrown grass and an unkempt yard. However, no endeavor is too big or too small for Drew and Jonathan. Thankfully, things turned around after the Property Brothers got their hands on the place. It all began with the installation of a fence so that their nosy neighbours wouldn’t be able to spy on them while they renovated the patio and restored the yard to its former beauty. The brothers didn’t stop there, either; they also installed a spa pool so they could swim outside in any weather.
The Big Picture, as Seen from Above
Once tucked away at the very end of the yard, the garage is now exposed. The couple opted for black and white tiles to give their outside space a more contemporary feel, upgrading the garage and giving it a fresh coat of paint. And they were aiming for something specific. Drew stated in an interview with People Magazine that the area was planned to accommodate the couple’s plans for expansion. The family is really important to these dudes.
