Some of Hollywood’s Most-Paused Scenes

Zootopia (2016)

We get a glimpse of animal life in the city as we know it in the film Zootopia. The story primarily follows a small group of animals as they investigate a mysterious plot. Right in the thick of things is a scene that deserves a moment of your time. In the movie, one of the protagonists checks their iPod and finds a playlist of songs by artists whose names have been changed to fit the animal theme. We assure you, this is a genuinely inspirational pause.

A Case of the Seven Year Itch (1955)

The image of this scenario has been paused so often that it has achieved iconic status. Indeed, we’ve seen it so much that it’s hard to believe it was ever in a movie. Marilyn Monroe’s character for “The Seven Year Itch” serves as an object of temptation for Richard Sherman, the film’s protagonist, who is married at the time of the events. Monroe provides us with this moment in one of her best scenes; in it, she steps on a vent in the floor, which begins to blow her dress. Although she manages to keep it together, the film has been halted innumerable times since its 1955 debut.
