Some Famous People Who Have Abnormalities You Probably Haven’t Noticed

Deformed Foot George Takei

In the ’70s, a fan in good faith sent George Takei a pair of running shoes. The actor afterwards ran 6.2 miles in them. Soon after, George’s right foot became so malformed that he required surgical intervention. George’s foot went back to normal despite the positive initial response to surgery. Starring Gemma Arterton, “Extra Fingers”

Actress Gemma Arterton was born with polydactyly, or extra fingers. She had a total of 12 fingers and toes because she was born with an additional finger on each hand. Little more than small scars, the actress still bears the marks where her additional fingers were cut off when she was a newborn. Gemma also claims that she had a “crumpled ear” at birth, which was fixed surgically.
