Alexandre Rockwell and Karyn Parsons-Rockwell
The Soup is the film that made director/producer Alexandre most famous. During the filming of the 2002 films “13 Moons” and “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air,” actress Karyn Parsons-Rockwell and actor Alexandre Rockwell fell in love and got married the following year. Karyn, who portrayed the adolescent Hilary Banks on “The Fresh Prince,” is now a writer. In 2020, the couple came back in the movie “Sweet Thing.” Karyn appeared with their two children. The Berlin International Film Festival recognized it with the Crystal Bear award.
