Coco Austin and Ice-T
It starts abruptly. One of L.A.’s veteran gangster rappers can be seen on this “Ice Loves Coco” reality show, but everything that happens there is real. According to Ice-T, their successful marriage results from open communication and working together as a unit. They don’t argue or shout since doing so was never in the plan. Instead of the dysfunction shown so often on reality T.V., they offer how to handle disagreement in a “functional” way. They met while making a music video. Ice-T asked Coco if she would date a gangsta rapper. Their dialogue still flows. They married in 2005 and have been by one other’s sides ever since.
