Travolta’s other great interest besides performing is aviation. He is an experienced pilot with a valid licence to operate private aircraft. Inspired by his interest in aviation, he decided to purchase five planes for his personal use. The fleet includes a Boeing 707, which Travolta uses to transport his loved ones around the country and to faraway, exotic locales. Travolta has a residence at Jumbolair Aviation Estates, a residential airpark, because he is so fond of planes. So that John Travolta can get on a plane and jet off to wherever he likes, whenever he likes, the mansion was constructed with a runway leading right up to the front door.
