In 2009, sadness struck the Travolta family with the passing, on January 2nd, of Kelly and John’s son, Jett. The Travoltas were on a relaxing holiday at the Old Bahama Bay Hotel in the Bahamas. Their son, Jett, who was only sixteen years old, died suddenly after hitting his head on the bathtub and having a seizure. His untimely death left his loved ones, particularly Jett’s sister Ella, in shambles.
