Travolta’s Swag Was Stolen by Nick Young.
John Travolta has a victory dance he learned from Los Angeles Lakers shooting guard Nick Young in addition to his many trophies and nominations. Nick, whose nickname is “Swaggy P” (short for “The Prophet of Swag”), was a member of the Lakers from 2013 to 2017 and is famous not just for his outstanding basketball skills but also for his signature dance after making a three-pointer, which is a mashup of John Travolta and Michael Jackson motions. He says this came to him in a dream in which God told him to “be a man going back and forth like John Travolta,” which, as we all know, makes John very pleased because he describes it as “great” and “loves it.”
