Ending His Long Silence, John Travolta

Homes Fit for a Travolta

They, like many famous people, make a lot of money and can thus afford lavish mansions. The Travoltas own four such properties; one each in Maine, California, Hawaii, and their primary and largest residence in Ocala, Florida. The fact that it doubles as an airport with two runways that lead right up to their doorstep is maybe the most opulent aspect of it. The house is located on a private airfield that serves as a residential area. The Travoltas specifically picked this spot so that they would have ready access to their jets. According to a comment from an interview with Australia’s Today programme, Travolta said, “We created the house for the jets and to have at our access the world at a moment’s notice.”
