On Set, Paul Walker Tore His ACL
Walker’s ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament) tore on the set of Fast & Furious 6; nevertheless, his death in the 2013 automobile crash has overshadowed any earlier ailment. During a test drive in Valencia, California, Walker and his friend Roger Rodas were killed when their automobile collided with a light pole and a tree. Before his untimely death, Walker had already completed the bulk of his work on Fast & Furious 7. The rest of the sequences were played by his brothers Caleb and Cody.
