Halle Berry’s head hit the concrete floor during a fight scene with a stunt man in 2012 while filming The Call, knocking her out. Berry was brought to the hospital, where doctors determined that he had suffered only a concussion. Berry’s right foot was broken on the set of Cloud Atlas in Mallorca, and her arm was fractured by Robert Doweny Jr. on the set of Gothica. Let’s hope her future film is protected by solid insurance.
