Lancia Stratos Zero in Turin, Italy

Lancia, an Italian car company, made a concept car called the Lancia Stratos Zero. The Stratos Zero was first shown at the Turin Motor Show in 1970. It was made by well-known car designer Marcello Gandini and had a 1.6 L Lancia Fulvia V4 engine. Car fans all over the world noticed how strange the car looked. It was even used in Michael Jackson’s movie Moonwalker, which came out in 1988. But because of its size and shape, people thought the car was too dangerous to drive, so it was barely seen on the road.

Early Diving Suits

In the early 1800s, when ships with valuable treasures were often lost at sea on dangerous journeys, the first diving suits were made for each person. By the beginning of the 20th century, divers’ suits had become more advanced, which let them go deeper into the ocean. In the 1920s, the German company Neufeldt and Kuhnke made metal diving suits that were used to get gold and silver bullion from the wreck of the British ship SS Egypt, which sank in the Celtic Sea in 1922.
