Actors Whose Role Changes Were So Dramatic That Their Fans Almost Didn’t Recognize Them

Chapter 27: Jared Leto

When it comes to physical transformations for his roles, Leto always goes all out. Leto gained 67 pounds for his role as John Lennon’s killer, Mark David Chapman, in Chapter 27. Even though it made him sick, Leto said that playing Chapman that way was the only way to get into his head and heart.
